Flowyana

Pricing

Pay for the modules you use. Nothing else.

Flowyana isn’t sold as a bundle. You pick modules — one or two dozen — and the price is sized by your users and branches. A rental company buys rentals. A café buys the till. Everyone gets an itemized quote.

How it works

Build your platform like a shopping list.

  1. 1

    Pick your modules

Choose exactly what your business needs — even a single module. Only rentals? Only accounting? That’s a complete, working setup.

  2. 2

    Sized to your business

The price scales with how you run: your users and your branches. A three-person office and a sixty-person group pay like what they are.

  3. 3

    One itemized quote

You get a written proposal listing every module and what it costs — read it line by line, change the mix, decide at your pace.

Pricing questions

The fine print, in large print.

How does pricing work?

Flowyana is priced per module, sized by your users and branches. You pick the modules your business needs — one or all of them — and the quote lists each one, itemized. No bundles with things you’ll never open.

Can we really buy just one module?

Yes. A rental company can buy only the rentals module; an accountant can run only accounting. Each module is complete on its own, and everything you add later is already integrated because it shares the same records.

Why isn’t there a price on this page?

Because your price depends on your mix — which modules, how many users, how many branches. Publishing one number would be wrong for almost everyone. The proposal you receive is itemized, so you can see exactly what drives it.

Can we add or remove modules later?

Yes, any time. Modules switch on when you want them and your quote adjusts. Nothing is re-implemented on the way up — your data model doesn’t change, the new module just joins it.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Terms are part of the proposal and we keep them straightforward. Tell us what you’re comfortable with and we’ll be equally straight about what we can do.

Is onboarding included?

Every business gets set up properly: modules configured, your data loaded, and your team shown around. Larger setups get onboarding planned around your data and your calendar.

What happens after we contact you?

You’ll hear back from a person at info@dictode.com. We’ll ask a few questions about what you run, walk you through the modules that fit, and follow up with an itemized written proposal.

Get your itemized quote.

Tell us which modules caught your eye and how many people will use them. You’ll get a walkthrough and a written proposal — and a straight answer to every question in between.
