How it works
Buy modules. Get one system.
Flowyana is not a bundle of acquired products wearing one logo. You buy the modules your business needs — even a single one — and they all read and write the same records. What you add later is already integrated the day it arrives.
One data model
Meet one customer record.
This is the whole trick. The client you invoice is the client whose AC you service, who rents your camera kit, whose plan renews next month, and who opened a ticket yesterday — one record, everything attached.
Because every module works on the same records, nothing is exported, synced, or re-typed between departments. Your team answers questions from data, not from memory — and the books stay right without anyone copying numbers.
See what each module does →Modular by design
Sold like a menu, built like one kitchen.
You choose modules the way you’d order — only what you want — but everything is cooked on the same stove.
Every module is complete alone
Rentals runs a rental company by itself. Accounting runs the books by itself. You never buy a “base package” to make your module work.
New modules arrive integrated
Because everything shares one data model, a module you add next year already knows your clients, branches, and history. No connectors, no import day.
Grow without migrating
Start with one module and end with two dozen — your data never moves platforms on the way. Switching on is the whole upgrade.
Configurable, not customized
Shaped to your business without a consultant.
The platform bends through configuration — so upgrades never break you, and no one owns a fork of your system.
Switch on what you need
Modules are enabled per workspace. A services firm doesn’t see kitchen stations; a bookshop never sees payroll until it wants payroll.
Rename it in your language
Call clients “guests”, jobs “work orders”, branches “outlets”. Module names are yours — the software adapts to your vocabulary, not the reverse.
Fields, not forks
Every module’s fields are configurable — 28 field types, from lookups to dates to money — so your forms carry your data without custom development.
Automation on your rules
Workflows watch what happens — a record created, a status changed — and act: assign, notify, follow up. The busywork runs itself.
What comes out
Paper, numbers, and answers.
24 printable document types
Invoices, quotations, orders, vouchers, returns — every printable record renders from templates with your branding, ready for the customer or the auditor.
Reports that read the source
From daily sales to the balance sheet, reports read the same records your operations write — filterable by branch, exportable when you need the file.
A chat widget for your own site
Embed Flowyana’s live-chat widget on your website; conversations land in your workspace’s messaging alongside everything else.
Built to be trusted
Why it stays fast and stays yours.
Private by design
Your company’s data is kept strictly separate — never shared, pooled, or visible to anyone but your team.
Branch scope, enforced
Records carry their branch, and the server enforces who reads what. Multi-branch is the core design, not an add-on tier.
Permissions everywhere
Role-based permissions govern the web platform and the POS alike; sensitive actions land in the audit log.
Offline where it matters
The POS keeps working with no connection — the counter never waits on the cloud, and everything syncs back on its own.
No country hardcoded
Language, currency, and tax are configuration. The platform ships assumptions-free and is set up per business.
One login, whole team
Everyone works in the same workspace with their own role — from the owner reading reports to the cashier at the till.
Getting started
Live in three steps, not three months.
- 1
Tell us about your business
Trading, services, hospitality, rentals — and which modules caught your eye. Five minutes by email or a call.
- 2
We set it up with you
Your workspace is configured — branches, taxes, currencies, roles — and your data loaded: products, price lists, menus, properties, or service catalogs.
- 3
Go live, grow later
Your team works day one. When you need another module, it switches on over the data you already have.
Questions
How it works, asked and answered.
How do the modules connect to each other?
They don’t “connect” — they were never separate. Every module reads and writes the same records: one client, one product catalog, one set of books. An invoice from sales, a job from service, and a rental hand-over all attach to the same customer.
Can we start with a single module?
Yes — that’s the intended way to buy. A rental company starts with rentals; an accountant starts with accounting. Each module is complete on its own, and pricing is per module, sized by your users and branches.
What happens when we add a module later?
It switches on over the data you already have. Add accounting a year after invoicing and your clients, documents, and history are already there — no export, no migration project.
How much can we configure without a developer?
A lot: which modules are on, what they’re called, which fields their forms carry (28 field types), your roles and permissions, branches, taxes, currencies, document templates, and automation rules. Configuration, not code — so updates never break you.
How does multi-branch access work?
Every record carries its branch and the server enforces visibility. Staff see their branch; owners see across all of them. Prices, menus, and stock can differ per branch where you want them to.
Start with the modules you need.
Tell us how your business runs. We’ll propose a module set, walk you through it live, and leave the rest switched off until you want it.
